ORDER
Orders
can be placed online, in-store and by post. If
you would like to place an order by post,
please print the details from your shopping
cart and send it to us with a cheque to:

Orders paid for by cheque will require
7 days for clearance.
DELIVERY
If you need an item for urgent delivery,
please contact us and we will assist where
possible.
Purchases made from The Gallery,
stock permitting, will be delivered to
you within 5 working
days, or sooner. If
an item is out of stock, we will contact
you by phone, post or email as soon as
possible to offer an exchange or refund. Akino
cannot be held responsible for late delivery
or non-delivery of orders caused by postal
or courier services used by the company
or for any reason outside of the Company’s
control.
Orders placed for customised handbags will
be delivered between 4
and 5 weeks from
the date of the order.
Our standard charge
for postage and packing is £7 for both Gallery and customised
(Shop) orders. All orders will be
shipped by recorded delivery.
RETURNS
Customised
(Shop) orders may not be returned and will
not be refunded. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
In the
event that you are not happy with your
Gallery (stock) purchase, please return
the item to us within
7 days of delivery
with proof of purchase. Please contact
us within 7 days of delivery by email,
or in writing to the above address and
we will arrange a full refund on receipt
of the goods. It is however, your
responsibility to ensure that the goods
are properly protected, in their original
packaging on their return journey. Please
ensure all items are returned by registered
post.
Please note that return postage costs
are not pre-paid.

may be affected by the availability of
